The Gathering

A midweek gathering designed for families

We meet after school for a hot meal prepared by our team. Afterward, enjoy a family service with games, worship, and a word, or a parents’ discussion while kids join the craft group.

Eat together.: A hot meal is provided which the group enjoy together.
Family service.: A fun and engaging 45-minute service designed to be interactive and exciting, all while keeping children in mind.
Parent discussion.: At the gathering, we discuss topics like life, parenting, and the Bible in a safe space where we can encourage and support one another.

What you need to know

Key Information

Here are all the details you need about the gathering, including times, location, and what to expect.

Who is it for?: The Gathering is for families with primary school-aged children who attend Generations Church, though older siblings are welcome to attend as well.
Where do you meet?: We meet every other Tuesday at our Louth campus.
When is it?: Every other Tuesday, from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
Why?: The Gathering creates a space where parents can connect and families gather together to encourage one another in friendship and faith.

The food

Our meals

A hot meal is provided for families to enjoy together, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Booking is required.: Booking is required so we can prepare the right amount of food based on the number of attendees.
Payment details: Meals cost £5 per family, and are paid in cash on the evening.
Dietary requirements.: Dietary needs will be catered for, including options for gluten-free, dairy-free, and allergy-friendly meals.
