What is Neon Sundays?
Presenting Jesus in a child friendly way
Our Neon Programme helps children discover Jesus and explore Bible stories in a fun, engaging and age-appropriate way. Through storytelling, activities and discussion, children can learn about God’s love in a safe and welcoming environment.
- Games & Fun
- A great way to build friendships, have fun and help children feel at home from the moment they arrive.
- Creative Crafts
- Hands-on activities and crafts that bring Bible stories and themes to life in an engaging way.
- Worship
- A time of singing, praise and worship that helps children connect with God in a way they can understand.
- Bible Teaching
- Short, age-appropriate teaching that introduces key biblical truths and helps children learn more about Jesus.
- Small Group Discussion
- A chance for children to ask questions, share their thoughts and explore what they’ve learned together.
- Prayer
- Creating space for children to talk with God, pray for one another and grow in their faith.

- Who is it for?
- Neon Sundays is for children aged 2–9 whose parents or guardians are attending a Sunday service at Generations Church.
- Where do you meet?
- Neon takes place at Generations church at both our Louth and Grimsby campuses
- When is Neon Sundays?
- Children join us for the start of our main service and then go to their Neon programme during the service.
- Why?
- To help children develop their own faith and learn how to live big for Jesus.

Creating a safe and welcoming environment
Every child is valued at Neon Sundays. We aim to create a safe and welcoming space where children can thrive, and we work closely with parents to support any additional needs, allergies or other requirements.
- Safeguarding
- The safety and wellbeing of every child is a top priority. All of our team members are DBS checked, and we are committed to maintaining a safe, secure and welcoming environment for everyone who attends.
- Allergies & Dietary
- We provide snacks during our programme and are happy to cater for allergies and dietary requirements wherever possible. Please speak to a member of the team before the session so we can make the necessary arrangements.
- Additional Needs
- We want every child to feel included and supported. If your child has any additional needs, please let us know in advance so our team can prepare and provide the best possible care and support.
