Build Night is a focused evening designed to help you explore, understand, and grow in the spiritual gifts God has given you. Through teaching, discussion, and practical outworking, it equips you to confidently serve and build the Church.

Teaching: Biblical, practical teaching that helps you understand spiritual gifts and how God has uniquely shaped you.
Group Discussion: Interactive small groups where you can ask questions, share insights, and learn from others in a supportive space.
Practical Outworking: Opportunities to put your spiritual gifts into practice in real settings, growing confidence as you serve and build the Church.

Where do you meet?: Build Night takes place at Generations Church Louth Campus.
When is Route 96?: Build Night runs from 7:30pm to 9:00pm on the first Wednesday of every month.
Why?: To help people identify, develop, and use their God-given gifts within the Church—the body of Christ.

Leadership Development

Emerging leaders

During Equip Nights, Pastor Jo Read leads a leadership development session for those identified as emerging and potential future leaders within the church.

Like-Minded Discussion: A space for emerging leaders to share, reflect, and grow alongside others on a similar leadership journey.
Practical Skills: Hands-on development of key skills such as leading services, communicating effectively, and serving in church life.
Healthy Church: Engaging discussion based on The Healthy Church book, helping leaders understand what a thriving, healthy church looks like in practice.
